At-Home DNA Tests for Paternity Now Available in Russia
DNA Solutions is now offering at-home DNA paternity kits in Russia for $200. It’s a substantial price increase from the $30 that Russian state clinics usually charge for tests ordered by the court. DNA samples will be sent to DNA Solutions laboratories in Britain and will take about 10-15 days to be processed.
Marketing manager Daniell Leigh said the most common reasons for DNA parenthood testing are children who don’t look [like] their father or rumors that the man’s wife or girlfriend had an affair.
If that were the case, quite a number of people would be looking for DNA tests to confirm paternity. Clever marketing strategy perhaps?
